Comfort Suites Shreveport West I-20

Homey place, I liked excellent personnel.

Clean, good value hotel, the location was nice near to local restaurants, Wal Mart and liquor store and Shreveport. Well-equipped rooms with nice wooden furnishings and a walk-in shower and air freshener, had a really really nice experience. Everything was simply EXCELLENT.

Fluffy pillows, room was exquisite. Decor awesome. Kids loved the room and the pool!

My daughter wanted a pin for the curtains, she felt she could be seen with the sheer curtains.

Room was roomy....we could move around with ease. Everything seemed to be very clean. Morning Breakfast was super!

Had problem using electronic key to unlock. Instructions on back of card could have been easier to understand.

A great value for the price. Free WiFi. Clean, sizeable room. Quiet. All rooms are non-smoking which is a huge plus for me. Conveniently located just minutes from locations such as Youree Drive and the Louisiana Boardwalk. Staff was friendly. All in all it was a good experience and a comfortable place to rest.

Their breakfast wasn't the greatest but there's an IHOP that's maybe a 2 minute walk from the front desk.

For what we wanted to do at that end of town, the location was perfect.

The lobby coffee was strong enough to walk on it's own.

The indoor pool was clean, but the coffee maker did not work.

Having stayed in shreveport before, i found comfort suites to be a significant upgrade. The indoor pool was warm and inviting, and the breakfast variety was excellent, especially the fresh waffles.

The Comfort Suites provided a very comfortable stay. My King Suite was spacious and clean, with a cozy couch and a large desk that was perfect for my work needs. The indoor pool was warm and inviting, and I appreciated the variety and quality of the breakfast, especially the link sausage, really good. The staff were attentive, helping me with all my inquiries.

close to everything and the bed was nice and soft. We like the morning breakfast.

What I didn't like was that I was sck with the 24 hour flu. But that was not the hotels fault!

My room had a awful smell.

The employees were great and the place was clean no problems at all. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool

My husband and I took son who just had a birthday the day before and turned 21 he wanted to go to the casino i had made the reservation that day got to the hotel the next day it was everything I could ask for we were on the top floor very cleaned room huge room he really enjoyed the hotel as me and my husband did I would recommend this hotel to anyone very clean huge room staff very friendly couldn't ask for anything better perfect mini vacation

I found the decor of the Comfort Suites Shreveport West I-20 charming, and I appreciated the spacious layout , made it easy for me to navigate. The staff was notably great throughout my stay.
